The present invention relates to a method of producing a porous membrane having drastically improved permselectivity by performing a roll-press post process on the pore morphology of a polymer porous membrane produced by a phase inversion method; and to a redox-flow battery having a membrane produced thereby. Specifically, the roll-press post process provides a method that can conveniently adjust the pore morphology, including a pore size, of the polymer porous membrane produced by the phase inversion method, and the porous membrane produced thereby has drastically improved in permselectivity with respect to a certain chemical species. Further, a redox-flow battery comprising the porous membrane (100) with adjusted pore morphology has improved cell performance including energy efficiency, compared to a porous membrane produced by the phase inversion method alone without the roll-press post process.
