Glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase 1 (GOT1) preparation, its preparation method and use

Disclosed is a protein preparation comprising a glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase first (GOT1) polypeptide molecule, wherein the GOT1 is identical in its sequence to a human serum. 100% of the GOT1 polypeptide molecules in the formulation have alanine at position 1 of the GOT1 polypeptide. The GOT1 polypeptide molecule constitutes at least 95% of the proteins in the formulation. Methods for producing the same and uses thereof are also disclosed.
