The present invention provides a fuel-air explosive bomb configured to improve explosive power by preventing early ignition of combustible fuel in the primary detonation for fuel cloud formation, comprising: a base ballistic body having a hollow shape extending in the vertical direction and having a first filling space filled with dispersion gunpowder therein; a first detonation unit connected to one end of the base ballistic body to ignite the dispersion gunpowder; a fireproof tube provided to surround the outer surface of the base ballistic body and filled with a pressure transfer body therein; an external ballistic body provided to surround the outer surface of the fireproof tube and having a second filling space to fill combustible fuel scattered by the explosion power of the dispersion gunpowder passing through the pressure transfer body therein; and a second detonation unit igniting the scattered combustible fuel after a predetermined delay time has elapsed from the ignition time of the dispersion gunpowder.
