T Composition for inducing humoral immunity comprising dendritic cells and T follicular helper cells

The present invention relates to a composition for inducing the differentiation of T follicular helper cells (Tfh cells), which comprises CD8^- dendritic cells as an effective component; a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating Tfh cell-mediated diseases, which comprises CD8^- dendritic cells as an effective component; and a composition for inducing humoral immunity and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating Tfh cell-mediated diseases, which comprise CD8^- dendritic cells and Tfh cells as effective components. The CD8^- dendritic cells of the present invention induce the differentiation of Tfh cells, and the Tfh cells induced by CD8^- dendritic cells induce humoral immunity. Thus, the CD8^- dendritic cells may be used in a composition for inducing the differentiation of Tfh cells, a composition for inducing humoral immunity, and in a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating Tfh cell-mediated diseases.
