A ship ballast processing system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sea chest which stores ship ballast; a ship ballast storage tank which stores sterilized ship ballast; a ship ballast main pipe which is installed between the sea chest and the ship ballast storage tank, and provides a path through which the ship ballast stored in the sea chest can move to the ship ballast storage tank; and a ship ballast processing hydrocrasher which is installed on the ship ballast main pipe, and sterilizes the ship ballast moving through the ship ballast main pipe; and a pump which pumps the ship ballast flowing through the ship ballast main pipe to provide the ship ballast to the ship ballast processing hydrocrasher. The ship ballast processing hydrocrasher includes: a body portion which has a cylindrical shape with an inner space, and includes an inflow portion capable of receiving the ship ballast flowing into the inner space and a discharge portion capable of discharging the ship ballast received through the inflow portion; and solid particles which is flowable by the ship ballast. The flowable solid particles fill at least a part of the inner space. Accordingly, creatures included in the ship ballast are killed by applying impact to the creatures, and physical sterilization to a predetermined level is possible.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
