Disclosed is an air flow test method for a generator rotor coil bundle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air flow test method for a generator rotor coil bundle comprises the following steps of: supplying gas with predetermined wind velocity toward an inlet in front of a plurality of unit rotor coils forming a rotor coil bundle so as to test existence of blockage of the rotor coil bundle that is installed at an external side of a generator rotor and provided with the inlet and an outlet; detecting the whole wind volume condition of the rotor coil bundle in the outlet opened in the rear by passing through the inlet of the rotor coil bundle; and determining wind volume of the unit rotor coil based on reference value wind volume of wind volume detected in the rotor coil bundle as reference wind volume.
