The present invention relates to an endosomal escape structure motif enabling an antibody to escape from endosomes, and to uses thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: an endosomal escape structure motif enabling a cytosol-penetrating antibody (Cytotransmab) to escape from endosomes; a light chain variable region and/or a heavy chain variable region comprising the endosomal escape structure motif; an antibody comprising the light chain variable region and/or the heavy chain variable region; a pharmaceutical composition for treatment, prevention or diagnosis of cancer comprising the antibody; and to a method for producing an antibody having enhanced endosomal escape ability.
