The present invention relates to a method for producing a skin-whitening soap using persimmon stalk, and a skin-whitening soap thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a skin-whitening soap using persimmon stalk, which ensures outstanding skin-whitening functions and antibacterial functions, and is capable of exfoliating dead skin cells. The present invention further relates to a skin-whitening soap thereby. According to the present invention, by producing the soap using persimmon stalk, production of soap with outstanding skin-whitening functions is possible. In addition, by producing the soap with persimmon peel and persimmon stalk, according to the present invention, components of persimmon peel contained in the soap exhibit antibacterial functions and also scrub skin, thereby removing dead skin cells on skin and preventing troubled skin by cleansing face with the soap. Further, production of the soap by recycling of persimmon stalk and persimmon peel which are usually discarded enables soap production in an eco-friendly and economically feasible way.
