The present invention relates to an Nrf2 activator ensuring high active oxygen scavenging activities, a cosmetic product using the same, a serum-type cosmetic product, and production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention is to produce cosmetic product with excellent antioxidant functions and bring enhancement in skin elasticity. To this end, an inula flower extract and a Rhei Undulatai Rhizoma extract together are added as the Nrf2 activator, and an Nrf2 induction revitalizing preparation is produced by using the same, thereby helping activation of Nrf2 distributed in outer layers of skin and remarkably increasing active oxygen scavenging activities in skin.
