The present invention relates to a system to analyze a disease-related genome using an SNP and an apparatus thereof. The conventional system that inspects a genome to predict a disease and a drug reaction requires a series of processes of prior consultation in accordance with a clients request and a type of suspected disease, reception, checking (experiment) of a personal genome mutation type, prediction, and result report, and uses technologies of collection and application of relevant information. However, since there are insufficient discussions on a precise recognition of data, which are presented in a broad scope, and an objective, specific report to be delivered to the client in the future, there occurs an issue of reliability. According to the present invention, the genome analysis system and the apparatus thereof perform a first step of deriving an objective, specific relation between an SNP and a disease through an improved algorithm from a database related to diseases and drug reactions, a research database, and a gene database; and a second step of analyzing complexity of those SNPs related to a specific disease derived by the first step to calculate a final risk of disease. Accordingly, the present invention is expected to provide an effect of improving the accuracy of disease prediction result.
