The present invention relates to a system and a device for analyzing disease-related genome using SNP. Existing gene test systems for predicting diseases and drug reactions comprises a series of processes of a pre-consultation, reception, personal genome variant check (experiments), prediction and a result report according to requests of a client and a suspected disease and a technology for relevant information collection and application, but the reliability lacks because discussions on precise recognition on data publicized widely and objective and specific reports transmitted to a client are insufficient. According to the present invention, the system and device for analyzing genome derive an objective and specific SNP-disease correlation by improved algorithms from diseases and drug reaction related database, a research database and a gene database as a first step, and analyze complexity of a specific disease related SNPs derived from the first step to produce a final disease risk degree as a second step, thereby being expected to improve the accuracy of a disease prediction result.
