According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for desorbing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) for an oil transport ship comprises: an adsorption unit to adsorb VOCs entering from a tank of an oil transport ship by a filter; and a desorption unit to desorb the adsorbed VOCs and discharge the desorbed VOCs to the outside. Accordingly, VOCs produced in a tank of an oil transport ship are adsorbed to reduce harm caused by VOCs produced in a ship which transports oil. Then, adsorbed VOCs are desorbed and discharged to the outside if a concentration value of desorbed VOCs is lower than a preset value to reduce harm caused by VOCs produced in the ship which transports oil.
