The present invention relates to a system and a method thereof to guide the blind along a facility route by using an electronic assistive stick and a smartphone, capable of guiding the blind in a desired direction through a braille block including NFC installed on a direction board at the entrance of a building and inside the building. The system includes: a braille block (10) installed on the floor of a building, and including an NFC tag (11) with facility information; a portable electronic stick (20) reading the NFC tag (11) to transmit the facility information to a smartphone (30); the smartphone (30) receiving the facility information from the electronic stick (20) through Bluetooth, and transmitting voice information to a user in accordance with the facility information; and a facility direction board (40) installed at the entrance of the building, indicating the facility information, and transmitting the facility information through Bluetooth connection with the smartphone (30).
