The present invention relates to a PNA probe for identifying classical swine fever virus (CSFV)-vaccinated pigs and wild-type CSFV-infected pigs; and an identification method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a PNA probe capable of specifically identifying single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) at nucleotide positions 126 and 133 on Flaviviridae pestivirus 5 non-coding region (NCR) gene; and to a method for identifying CSFV-vaccinated pigs and wild-type CSFV-infected pigs by using the probe and a melt curve analysis. By using the PNA probe capable of simultaneously identifying CSFV-vaccinated pigs and wild-type CSFV-infected pigs, and by using the identification method using a melt curve analysis obtained using the same, CSFV-vaccinated pigs and wild-type CSFV-infected pigs can be identified in a rapid and accurate manner, and further, pigs infected with both vaccine strain and wild-type strain can be clearly identified with convenience and efficiency.
