Provided are a device for treating voiding dysfunctions, and a method for generating a tibial nerve stimulation signal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for generating a stimulation signal comprises: a power source unit which applies DC power; a conversion unit which generates various electric potentials by regulating an amplitude of the DC power applied from the power source unit; a generation unit which combines the electric potentials to generate a stimulation signal; and an output unit which outputs the stimulation signal to a needle infiltrated in a human body. Accordingly, by transforming the amplitude of electric potential in a stepwise manner, treatment effect can be increased, and unpleasant sensation and pain that a patient experiences can be eliminated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
