A peptide of the present invention can be useful for purifying or immobilizing IgG owing to controlled binding ability for IgG by substituting an amino acid at a specific site on amino acid sequences with the other amino acid. In addition, the peptide ensuring enhanced binding ability for IgG is excellent in binding ability for IgG, enables elution of IgG under mild pH condition, and still has outstanding purification ability after repetitively used for many times, thereby being useful for columns for IgG purification.
