The peptide of the present invention can be usefully used for IgG fixing or purification since the amino acid at a specific position in the amino acid sequence is substituted with another amino acid to control the binding force to IgG. In addition, the peptide having improved binding ability to IgG of the present invention has excellent binding ability to IgG, and elutes IgG under mild pH conditions, and has excellent refining ability even after repeated use for a plurality of times, thereby being usefully used in an IgG purification column .
