The present invention provides a roadside unit comprising: a first communication part, a satellite navigation signal obtaining part, a second communication part and an error correction data generation part. The first communication part transmits traffic information to a traveling vehicle and transmits error correction data on a satellite navigation signal. The satellite navigation signal obtaining part obtains observation data on the satellite navigation signal. The second communication part mutually transmits and receives observation data on the satellite navigation signal to/from another roadside unit forming a network. The error correction data generation part generates first error correction information including a correction value regarding the satellite navigation signal by using the observation data on the satellite navigation signal, generates second error correction information including a correction variation value regarding the satellite navigation signal in the another roadside unit, and generates the error correction data including the first error correction information and the second error correction information.
