The present invention relates to a carbon fiber composite body, a production method thereof, and an end effector for robots using the same. To this end, the carbon fiber composite body comprises: a first material which is obtained by impregnating a resin into a carbon fibrous layer and then curing the same thereafter; and a second material which is bonded to one side of the first material and is obtained by impregnating the resin into a porous sheet and then curing the same. The porous sheet has a flow path which allows the resin to flow through. According to the present invention, the carbon fiber composite body is lightweight and voluminous, and has high strength.
