The present invention is provided to evaluate a matching of content items and images. The present invention according to an embodiment: receives a request for the evaluation of a matching among a plurality of content items and images selected by being identified from the content items and images in response to a search query; obtains first meta data related to the content items, second meta data related to the images, and third meta data related to the search query; determines a first similarity score based on the first meta data related to the content items and the third meta data related to the search query; determines a second similarity score based on the second meta data related to the image and third meta data related to the search query; and calculates an evaluation score for matching the images with the content items based on the search query. The evaluation score is used to identify the following content items and images in response to a following search query.
