The present invention relates to a composition for analyzing novel phytoplankton taxa, a kit for analyzing phytoplankton taxa comprising the composition, and a method of analyzing phytoplankton taxa by using the same. A primer set for analyzing phytoplankton taxa of the present invention can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze phytoplankton taxa in a larger quantity and in a more economical and rapid manner compared to pre-existing sequencing systems. Additionally, by suppressing amplification of bacteria, compared to conventional primer sets, and thereby preventing excessive amplification and false amplification, phytoplankton taxa can be accurately analyzed. Accordingly, the present invention may be beneficially used in analyzing ingredients of processed food products, and marine organisms and resources monitoring business such as investigation on the marine ecosystem, red tide alert monitoring, investigation of the primary productivity in the marine ecosystem, analysis of preys of major marine organisms, analysis of species causing ecological disturbances and invasive species, and the like.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
