According to the present invention, the automatic toner supply system of a laser printer comprises: a laser printer (100) including a housing (110) having a predetermined shape, an upper cover and a front cover (120, 140) fixed and installed to be rotated in an upper or outer direction on an upper or one side of the housing (110), and one or more toner cartridges (410 to 440) attached to or detached from an inside of the housing; and a toner automatic charger (200) for automatically supplying a toner of a pre-stored corresponding color to corresponding toner cartridges (410 to 440), when residual amount of the toner contained inside any one of the toner cartridges (410 to 440) is sensed by less than or equal to a preset threshold value. a laser printer (100) including a housing (110) having a predetermined shape, an upper cover and a front cover (120, 140) fixed and installed to be rotated in an upper or outer direction on an upper or one side of the housing (110), and one or more toner cartridges (410 to 440) attached to or detached from an inside of the housing; and a toner automatic charger (200) for automatically supplying a toner of a pre-stored corresponding color to corresponding toner cartridges (410 to 440), when residual amount of the toner contained inside any one of the toner cartridges (410 to 440) is sensed by less than or equal to a preset threshold value. According to the present invention, hoses (320, 321 to 324) for charging the toner having at least one color to transfer the toner supplied to corresponding toner cartridges (410 to 440), are separately installed at least one of an upper surface, an inner space, or a bottom surface of the upper cover or the front cover (120, 140). Also, at least one toner filling hole (411 to 441) is formed in an upper surface or a side surface of each of the toner cartridges (410 to 440) facing an end portion of each of the hoses (320) for charging the toner, when the upper cover or the front cover (120, 140) is closed to the laser printer(100).
