The present invention relates to an end part straight line construction method of a bridge expansion joint device, and a waterproof device. The present invention comprises: a step of installing an expansion joint device of which both end parts are straight in a bridge; a step of surrounding the end part of the expansion joint device by using a cover means; a step of filling the cover means with a flexible waterproof filling material; and a step of sealing a lower end of the cover means to prevent the loss of the waterproof filling material from the lower end of the cover means. According to the present invention, the end part of the expansion joint device installed in the bridge is straightened and the present invention prevents rainwater from being drained to the end part of the expansion joint device.
