The present invention provides a composition to prevent and treat gastric cancer, which comprises a RhoA inhibitor as an active ingredient. More particularly, provided are the RhoA inhibitor represented by chemical formula 1 or 2, and a composition to prevent and treat gastric cancer, which comprises the RhoA inhibitor as an effective ingredient. Since the RhoA inhibitor of the present invention effectively inhibits gastric cancer cells, the RhoA inhibitor is effective to prevent or treat stomach cancer, has lower toxicity than an anticancer agent, and has few side effects.
