The present invention is to provide a composition comprising silk protein and an extract of Pleuropterus multiflorus as active ingredients for alleviating menopause symptoms. The composition for alleviating menopause symptoms according to the present invention comprises silk peptide and an extract of Pleuropterus multiflorus as active ingredients, thereby having antioxidant activities and showing meaningful effects for nourishment, vigorousness, nourishing of the blood and early whiteness.
