Provided is a reinforcing device for a concrete structure and a construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the construction method for a reinforcing device, which is to improve earthquake-proof performance of a concrete structure, includes: a step of installing a support spacer and a hanging spacer to enable accurate construction at a reinforcing position of a square column unit or a round column unit; a step of firstly connecting a reinforcing member and an anchoring member to prevent a cross section to be closed by enabling the square column unit to be in a I-shape, an L-shape, and a U-shape and enabling the round column unit to be in a semicircular shape; a step of moving the reinforcing member and the anchoring member firstly connected, to a position of the support spacer and the hanging spacer installed; a step of secondly connecting the reinforcing member by inserting the reinforcing member to couple the reinforcing member and the anchoring member connected; a step of checking horizontality of the connected reinforcing device by using an inclinometer; a step of coupling the reinforcing device so that the reinforcing device applies a binding force to the column unit of the concrete structure; and a step of repeating and using the support spacer or the hanging spacer by separating the support spacer or the hanging spacer, which are installed, after the reinforcing device is completely coupled.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
