PCL PCL patch scaffold for tissue regeneration and preparing method thereof

The present invention relates to a poly caprolactone (PCL) patch tissue regenerating support and a preparing method thereof. More specifically, the PCL patch tissue regenerating support preparing method includes the steps of: adding the PCL and an acid to an organic solvent and stirring the mixture to prepare a solution; preparing an electrospinning solution by adding a growth factor to the solution and stirring the solution; and supplying the prepared electrospinning solution to a syringe pump and driving an electrospinning solution to collect the nanofibers arranged in a fusing shape in a collector. According to the present invention, the PCL patch tissue regenerating support can be used to the treat chronic perforation of the eardrum and ensure a high eardrum recovery rate while reducing the cost and dependency of the treatment including surgeries therefor. The PCL patch tissue regenerating support can also be used for the treatment and regeneration of other damaged tissues, simulate the tissue structure of other human body parts, and be used for the development and application of various tissue regeneration supports.
