The present invention relates to an apparatus to measure abnormal situation by algorithm based on solar monitoring, which includes: a solar module which generates electricity by collecting sunlight incident from the outside; a connection board which collects and outputs a direct current produced from the solar module; a Korea electric power or commercial power consumer system which receives a direct current delivered through the connection board, converts the received direct current into an alternating current, and is supplied with the converted alternating current; a solar monitoring device which monitors the existence of abnormality of the solar module, the connection board, and a solar inverter; and a control unit which compares the amount of electricity generated from the solar module with the amount of electricity transmitted from the Korea electric power system and controls to supply power, which remains after being produced from the solar module and being used for the commercial power consumer, to the Korea electric power. The control unit notifies occurrence of abnormality to a manager terminal through a communication network when vibration information exceeds a predetermined value according to vibration information of structures of the solar module, the connection board, and the solar inverter delivered from the solar monitoring device.
