The present invention relates to a control valve for blocking the flow of a fluid or controlling a flow rate and, specifically, to a control valve having an opening rate measuring module including a zero point compensation function, which enables usage of big data by accurate control and management and accumulation of data. The control valve comprises: a cylinder installed by being fixed and covering a valve stem protruding to the upper part of a main body of the control valve; a piston installed in the cylinder and ascending or descending by being connected to the valve stem; a sealing member connected to the outer circumference of the piston; one or more outer air inflow holes formed to be connected to the inside of the cylinder in order for outer air to flow into the cylinder when the piston moves to a bottom dead point; and a pressure sensor measuring a change of a compressive force of the inner air of the cylinder by being connected to the inside of the cylinder.
