A tunnel inspection system for scanning an inner wall surface of a tunnel, which is configured to apply a separate driving device to each axle such that two traveling wheels can be driven independently so as to adjust the difference of the traveling distance generated on the left and right sides through real-time speed control, and also to apply an electric lens to each camera so as to automatically adjust a tilting angle, magnification, a focal length, and iris of each camera according to a shape of the tunnel secured after laser scanning, and also, install inertial navigation systems (INS), respectively, at four corners of a vehicle body of a tunnel inspection system, and apply a change of the vehicle body to further measurement data by measuring and recording the change of the vehicle body during the driving of a rail-guided vehicle (RGV).
