The present invention relates to a method for producing meat seasoning herbal medicinal powder, and to meat seasoning herbal medicinal powder produced through the method. The method comprises the steps of: (a) producing cinnamon extract powder by concentrating and drying a cinnamon extract produced by adding water and an enzyme to cinnamon to be extracted and filtered; (b) producing dried clove bud extracted powder by concentrating and drying a dried clove bud extract produced by adding water and an enzyme to a dried clove bud to be extracted and filtered; (c) producing morus bark extracted powder by concentrating and drying a morus bark extract produced by adding water and an enzyme to morus bark to be extracted and filtered; and (d) mixing black sesame powder, whey powder, salt, cheddar cheese powder, butter powder, soy sauce powder, garlic powder, sugar, crystalline glucose, butter flavor powder, the cinnamon extracted powder of step (a), the dried clove bud extracted powder of step (b), and the morus bark extracted powder of step (c).
