The present invention relates to an IoT based central control device for a smart sterilizer comprising: a data collection and middle controlling unit; a central control server; and a central management server. The data collection and middle controlling unit is additionally installed in an air purifying device or an air sterilizer which is installed in an interior space, individually; senses an air pollution state of the interior space in which the air purifying device or the air sterilizer is installed; and operates the air purifying device or the air sterilizer depending on a driving command transmitted from the central control server. The central control server receives the air pollution state in the interior space in which the air purifying device or the air sterilizer is installed from the data collection and middle controlling unit; transmits the same to the central management server; and transmits the driving command of the air purifying device or the air sterilizer transmitted from the central management server to the data collection and middle controlling unit. The central management server receives, stores, and displays the air pollution state of the interior space, in which the air purifying device or the air sterilizer is installed, transmitted from the central control server; and transmits the driving command to the central control server depending on each operation schedule of the air purifying device or the air sterilizer. The data collection and middle controlling unit includes: an interior air sensing unit which senses the air pollution state of the interior space in which the air purifying device or the air sterilizer is installed; a first wireless communicating unit which transmits the air pollution state in the interior space sensed by the interior air sensing unit to the central control server through Wi-Fi communications, or receives the driving command of the air purifying device or the air sterilizer through the Wi-Fi communications from the central control server; and an air purifying device controlling unit which controls the air purifying device or the air sterilizer depending on the driving command received through the first wireless communicating unit. The present invention prevents secondary infection of a patient.
