The present invention relates to a telemedicine system using a portable wireless security video medical device, comprising: at least one portable wireless security video medical device installed in a predetermined indoor or outdoor place to be able to move, connected to at least one electronic medical device and an image capturing module to acquire biometric and video information of an examinee to transmit the same with predetermined unique ID information of the medical device and the examinee wirelessly; and a telemedicine server connected to each portable wireless security video medical device through a mobile communication network, receiving the biometric and video information of the examinee and the unique ID information of the medical device and the examinee, which are transmitted from each portable wireless security video medical device, to store and manage the biometric and video information of each examinee and each device with a database, and generating and transmitting medical treatment information data of the examinee to the corresponding portable wireless security video medical device. Thus, provided are effects capable of remotely checking a situation regarding the transfer of a patient and remotely making an emergency prescription in an emergency even if a medical team does not exist at the accident site, and monitoring the patient and remotely guiding medical treatment in real-time.
