Insulin-lipid complex, a method for producing the same, and a preparation thereof. The insulin-lipid complex is prepared by complexing and drying insulin and lipid materials in an organic solvent system containing a low-melting acid. The mass ratio of insulin to lipid material is 1: 3 to 1:20. Solutions of insulin-lipid complexes in the oil and in the insulin-containing microspheres are also provided.
