The present invention relates to a composition for controlling root-knot nematodes containing kojic acid as an active ingredient, and a use thereof, and more particularly, to a composition for preventing root-knot nematodesMeloidogyneThe active substance having a nematocidal effect against Aspergillus sp.Aspergillusoryzae), And EI-MS and RTI ID = 0.0 ^OneH-and¹³C-NMR analysis confirmed that the active material was kojic acid. Therefore, koji acid isolated from Aspergillus oryzae strains exhibits an inhibitory effect on larvae and egg hatching of root-knot nematodes, so that it can be used as an environment-friendly nematicide taking advantage of being obtained from natural products.
