摘要

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a polygamma glutamic acid derivative having a catechol group bonded thereto which undergoes a crosslinking reaction with an oxidizing agent and a biocompatible tissue adhesive containing the same. The polygamma glutamic acid derivatives of the present invention are biocompatible biocompatible adhesives with little toxicity and thus can be safe when applied to a human body. The polygamma glutamic acid derivative of the present invention can be used as an agent for adhesion of tissue, wound healing, skin suture, suture and leakage of tubular structures such as blood vessels, and hemostatic or adhesion inhibitor.
