摘要

PURPOSE: An adhesive polymer compound is provided to derive carrying growth factors for osteanagenesis and sustained-release emission. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive polymer is indicated in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, n is an integer from 10-200, and m is an integer from 10-100. The adhesive nanoparticle is formed by self-assembling the adhesive polymer compound. The adhesive nanoparticle has a catechol group on surface thereof, poly(L-aspartate) on the shell, and poly(L-phenylalanine) on the core. The adhesive nanoparticle includes a drug, a growth factor, and a combination thereof on the core or the shell.
