The present invention relates to a high quality chair for a bus passenger. A passenger chair is seated into a shell (1). A flat frame (20) is installed on an upper portion of a support frame (10) in the passenger chair. A mounting jig (23) is fixed and installed on both sides of one side of the flat frame (20). A lower rail (21) is fixed and installed on both sides of an edge of an upper surface of the flat frame (20). An upper rail (22) is coupled into the lower rail (21). A shaft of a forward/backward motor (50) is connected to the upper rails (22) to simultaneously operate the upper rails (22). A towing frame (30) is assembled on an upper surface of the upper rail (22) by a coupling means. One side of the towing frame (30) is assembled on both sides of a lower portion of a backrest frame (40) by a hinge means such as a hinge. The other side of a link plate (31) is coupled to one side of the lower portion of the backrest frame (40) by a rotation means. One side of the link plate (31) is coupled to a mounting jig (23) fixed and installed on the flat frame (20) by a rotation means. The backrest frame (40) is rotated backwards when the towing frame (30) is moved straight by an operation of the forward/backward motor (50) to adjust a setting angle.
