The present invention relates to a medical ungrounded power distribution facility, capable of supplying stable power to a medical machine and informing the outside of abnormality of power supply when the abnormality of the power supply occurs, and a medical ungrounded power supply management system including the same. The medical ungrounded power distribution facility also can stably supply the power in a case that the abnormality of the power supply is continued for a predetermined time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the medical underground power distribution facility includes: a power supply unit including a main input power supply and an auxiliary input power supply; an insulation transformer supplying the power of the power supply unit to the multiple medical machines; an insulation monitoring unit monitoring an insulation state of a power line connecting the insulation transformer and the multiple medical devices; a load monitoring unit monitoring overload of the insulation transformer (210); a temperature monitoring unit monitoring the inner temperature of the insulation transformer (210); a switching unit switching the main input power supply and the auxiliary input power supply; and a control unit controlling a motion of the insulation monitoring unit, the load monitoring unit, and the temperature monitoring unit.
