The present invention relates to cooling and heating geothermal pipes for color-added independent spacers with reduced thermal conductivity and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the manufacturing method of the cooling and heating geothermal pipes for the color-added independent spacers with reduced thermal conductivity, the manufacturing method comprising: controlling gap and number of the spacers installed to maintain a predetermined gap between the geothermal pipes in the process of producing the geothermal pipes in a double structure by extrusion such that the cooling and heating geothermal pipes including an inflow pipe and an outflow pipe have different colors; and guiding of lowering thermal conductivities of the inflow pipe and outflow pipe to independently form the inflow pipe and outflow pipe having a high temperature difference maintained therebetween, and adding colors to the inflow pipe and outflow pipe to independently form the color-added inflow pipe and outflow pipe, and the cooling and heating geothermal pipes manufactured by the manufacturing method. The cooling and heating geothermal pipes of the present invention are geothermal pipes which are connected by forming the spacers at predetermined intervals between the inflow pipe and outflow pipe that are extruded to be spaced apart from each other in a predetermined gap, wherein the inflow pipe (10) and outflow pipe (20) are made by coating and forming an outer diameter pipe (12, 22) of a black color on an outer side of an inner diameter pipe (11, 21) of a white color and a black color single layer; the spacers (30) are formed and connected in the center between the inflow pipe (10) and the outflow pipe (20) such that the spacers have independent colors; the spacers (30) are formed to have a low thermal conductivity by mixing high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene and a master batch; and after forming a reinforcement unit (31) from both inclined planes of the spacers (30), a fusion connection unit (32) with a large area is connected in an arc shape from the reinforcement unit (31) to outer diameters of the inflow pipe (10) and outflow pipe (20).
