The present invention relates to a scheduling-based distribution line voltage control method, comprising: a line voltage minimization step of computing a control command value of a tap control device and a reactive power control device to receive a load prediction value and a power generation amount prediction value for each time of a distribution line where distributed power is linked to control a voltage of the distribution line at a lowest value; and a tap control device operation plan derivation step of deriving a tap operation schedule of the tap control device by repetitively performing a time section of the step of computing the control command value. The present invention always stores expansion of the distributed power and maintains a proper voltage of the distribution line.
