The present invention relates to a complex denitrifying facility using a heterogenous reducing agent for reducing chrome yellow and nitrogen oxide and, more specifically, relates to a complex denitrifying facility for selective catalytic reduction (called SCR)/selective noncatalytic reduction (called SNCR), capable of effectively reducing chrome yellow and nitrogen oxide from flue gas emitted from a fixed emission source such as a gas turbine by using both a first reducing agent mixed with a plurality of non-ammoniacal reducing agents and a second reducing agent which is ammoniacal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an SNCR system removes chrome yellow without a catalyst by applying the first reducing agent, mixed with a plurality of non-ammoniacal reducing agents, to an exhaust pipe of a fixed emission source such as a gas turbine, and an SCR system removes nitrogen oxide through catalytic reduction by applying an ammoniacal solution as a reducing agent to an exhaust pipe with a catalyst part. The two systems are applied simultaneously to effectively remove chrome yellow and nitrogen oxide.
