According to the present invention, disclosed are a converter cover maintenance method of a furnace and a curvature measuring apparatus for a furnace. According to the present invention, the converter cover maintenance method of a furnace comprises the following steps of: measuring a curvature shape of a deformation portion by installing the curvature measuring apparatus in the deformation portion of a converter cover body; forming a curvature portion in a circumferential portion of a plate to be welded in accordance with the curvature shape of the deformation portion; removing the deformation portion from the converter cover body by cutting the deformation portion; and bonding the curvature portion of the plate to be welded and a cut portion of the converter cover body after the curvature portion of the plate to be welded faces the cut portion of the converter cover body.
