The present invention relates to a bone graft material combined with a barrier membrane with improved convenience for a medical procedure and a manufacturing method thereof. A block-shaped bone graft material is grafted onto a bone defect part during a medical procedure, and then, a barrier membrane is grafted, and a support device for preventing any deformation of the barrier membrane is installed in accordance with the shape of the bone graft material and the bone defect part. To conduct these processes through only one manipulating action, the bone graft material and the barrier membrane are integrated, and the barrier membrane is broken down and absorbed in a human body, and thus, bone formation is sufficiently completed in the human body, and there is no need for a secondary medical procedure to remove the barrier membrane. Moreover, since the surface of the bone graft material which touches the bone defect part is formed into a flat semicircular pillar, a semi-elliptical pillar, or a semi-polygonal pillar, the contact area between the graft material and the bone defect part is large and the settlement rate is increased, so mobility in tissue is limited to increase the formation rate of new bone. Thus, the present invention is capable of reducing periods for bone treatment as well as forming a substantial new bone.
