The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an injectable adhesive composition for fixing bone graft materials, which is configured to fix bone graft materials or shield films filled in a body for restoring a defect portion of bone tissue, and to an injectable adhesive composition for fixing bone graft materials manufactured thereby. The injectable adhesive composition for fixing bone graft materials comprises: decellularized extracellular matrix (dECM) having excellent bioaffinity; and a calcium phosphate compound having a similar inorganic component to bone tissue, and thus the dECM causes a gelation reaction at a temperature similar to a body temperature due to protein components such as collagen and the like so as to fix bone graft materials and shielding films through physical fibrosis when inserted into a body, and to be completely decomposed and absorbed into the body without a foreign body reaction after a predetermined period of time, thereby not requiring a secondary removal surgery. In addition, by using the dECM as a material having adhesiveness, heterologous cells are completely removed, thereby significantly reducing an immune rejection response of a patient. Also, by including bone-derived proteins capable of helping bone formation such as collagen, glycoprotein, BMP-2, ALP and the like in the dECM, excellent osteoconductivity and osteogenesis are achieved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
