According to the present invention, provided is a method for culturing a pseudolarix amabilis adventitious root which uses brown rice extract-containing plant tissue culture medium during germination of the pseudolarix amabilis, inducement of the adventitious root and a proliferation culturing process. Especially, the present invention provides a method for culturing a pseudolarix amabilis adventitious root capable of significantly increasing proliferation of the pseudolarix amabilis adventitious root through ultrasonication during the proliferation culturing process. The method for culturing pseudolarix amabilis adventitious root comprises: a step (a) of preparing pseudolarix amabilis seeds, and nonsymbiotic germinating in culture medium containing brown rice extracts; a step (b) of inducing the adventitious root of the pseudolarix amabilis by transplanting at least a part of stem and root of a germination body formed by the nonsymbiotic germination to solid culture medium containing the brown rice extracts; and a step (c) of proliferation culturing the induced adventitious root of the pseudolarix amabilis in liquid culture medium containing the brown rice extracts while being treated with ultrasonic waves having a strength of 10 to 500 mW/cm^2.
