The present invention relates to an object query system and an object query method using BIM data of a LandXML and an IFC format, which allow an integrated object query to parse and query BIM data of two types of a LandXML and an IFC format in accordance with an object query request of a user to generate and visualize query result information. The object query system using BIM data of a LandXML and an IFC format comprises: a user terminal to request a query for object information from a BIM database server; and the BIM database server to generate a query result in accordance with a request of the user terminal to transmit the query result to the user terminal.
