The present invention relates to a PNA probe set for detecting a Kudoa septempunctata, including a specific peptide nucleic acid (PNA) probe in a Kudoa septempunctata gene. More specifically, the PNA probe is a PNA probe set of one among sequence numbers 3 to 5. Real-time PCR is conducted by using the PNA probe set, and thus, the present invention is able to be used for determining or detecting infection by a Kudoa septempunctata.
