Provided by the present invention are a self-sucking aerator capable of controlling the size of bubbles and a size controlling method of self-sucking bubbles using the same. For the above, the self-sucking aerator capable of controlling the size of bubbles includes: a venturi nozzle which has a liquid inflow unit positioned at one end, has a liquid discharge unit positioned at the other end, and has a self-sucking unit connected to a space where a negative pressure is formed; and a collision plate structure which is positioned in the liquid discharge unit of the venturi nozzle and includes a collision plate capable of controlling a distance separated from a position where a neck part of the venturi nozzle ends. The bubble size controlling method using the self-sucking aerator includes: a step of injecting liquid into the self-sucking aerator; a step of inducing gas to the inside of the self-sucking unit in a self-sucking way by a pressure difference; and a step of controlling the size of bubbles by controlling a separation distance of the collision plate in a collision plate structure. According to the present invention, there is no necessity of preparing a means for separate gas compression by sucking gas in a self-sucking way and generating bubbles. Also, the present invention has an advantage of being easily applied to various situations and sites by controlling the size of bubbles generated for various purposes.
