Disclosed is an SCR catalyst regeneration system having an improved catalyst regeneration effect, capable of increasing the poisoning removal effect of a catalyst embedded in an SCR reactor. The SCR catalyst regeneration system of the present invention comprises: an SCR reactor (20) to which an inlet exhaust pipe (12) and an outlet exhaust pipe (14) are connected; a first catalyst (22) and a second catalyst (24) arranged to be spaced apart from each other by a gap (d) toward an inlet and an outlet of the inside of the SCR reactor (20); a regeneration gas supply device (30) including a regeneration gas supply pipe (34), and heating the catalyst regeneration gas at a high temperature to blow the heated catalyst regeneration gas; a regeneration gas supply pipe line (32) extending from the outlet of the regeneration gas supply device (30), and introduced between the first catalyst (22) and the second catalyst (24) to spray a high-temperature catalyst regeneration gas to an intermediate point between the first catalyst (22) and the second catalyst (24); and a first circulation pipe line (50) and a second circulation pipe line (60) extending from an inlet side and an outlet side of the SCR reactor (20) respectively and joining the regeneration gas supply pipe line (34), wherein first and second regeneration gas circulation paths are formed, in which high-temperature catalyst regeneration gas discharged from the regeneration gas supply device (30) is sprayed to the intermediate point between the first catalyst (22) and the second catalyst (24) through the regeneration gas supply pipe (32), and then is divided in the opposite direction to be discharged to the first circulation pipe (50) and the second circulation pipe (60) through the first catalyst (22) and the second catalyst (24), respectively.
